As
you can see, the first 3 places in this taste of the Arandas Zone in the Jalisco
State, were: In the first place El Tesoro de Don Felipe, in the second place
Centinela, in the third place Espolón.
The scores of the following tequilas: El Charro, Dos amigos , México
Viejo and El Puente, were not considered in the table above due to the fact
that those are mixed tequilas.
This taste
and the whole process was certified by the Notary Public #16 of Tlalnepantla,
Mexico, Mr. Ramón Diez Gutiérrez with the script # 15422.
The
process which the Notary Public certified was the following:
1. That the tequilas mentioned above where actually there.
2. That they were rested tequilas.
3. That the bottles were closed
4. That there were 11 consecutive numbers to do the raffle in order to choose
the taste order of the tequilas
5. That when drawing the numbers it wouldn't be any intervention of a member
of the Mexican Tequila Academy
6. That the Notary Public himself would write down the numbers drawn according
to each brand
7. That the Tequila was poured into the right glass according to each number
8. That the persons in charge of doing the taste as mentioned in the results
were actually there
9. That every person would have a glass of each Tequila brand.
10. That no one that was present in the raffle would have influence in the results.
11. That there was no influence of other persons doing the taste on others.
12. That the average grade of every results document was captured correctly
in the computer, checking that it belonged to the right Tequila and number.
13. That the report that was created in that moment showed the right results
as they appear on screen.
14. Once certified all the taste process, he would assure that the process
was legal and impartial.
